I’ll also share the recipe on this blog with you guys if I think it’s worthy! Like this recipe for Butterscotch Peanut Butter Bars from Trisha Yearwood.

Trisha has been one of my favorites to follow for a while now and I’m still watching her. I absolutely love these butterscotch peanut butter bars of hers. They make me think of Harry Potter and ButterBeer.

What Ingredients do I need?

In this section you can find substitutes or suggestions for certain ingredients. I also will try and list out what the ingredients' purpose is for.

Butterscotch chips - Butterscotch is a type of confectionery made from butter and brown sugar. If you don’t like the taste of butterscotch try white chocolate chips or Reese’s peanut butter baking chips.

Butter - softened at room temperature

Granulated sugar and brown sugar - for sweetness

Creamy Peanut Butter - Use real peanut butter that is made with just ground peanuts and salt.

Egg - 1 large egg, at room temp

Vanilla - Real vanilla extract, no imitation crap 😉

Flour, salt, oatmeal for dry ingredients
